Konfidence Kickstart
The Konfidence Kickstart. For parents of kids ages 6 to 14.

I read every parenting book so you don't have to. They all said the same thing.

Twenty books, one idea: a kid who trusts themselves enough to try. The Konfidence Kickstart is that one idea, boiled down, with the missions your kid will actually do and the words to say when they push back.

Instant access. Self-paced. Yours for life.

The story
Twenty books. One idea. I just gave it a name.
Raleigh, dad of a few, reader of too many

When my marriage ended, I panicked about my kids. Not the logistics. The fear that I'd just handed them a reason to doubt themselves, and I had no idea how to take it back.

So I went looking for the manual. I read most of what's been written about raising kids. Took notes like I was back in law school.

Around book twenty I noticed they were all saying the same thing with different names. Grit. Resilience. Growth mindset. Antifragile. Strip the branding off and it's one thing:

A kid who trusts themselves enough to try before they know how it turns out.

I call it konfidence. With a K, because it's the quiet kind. The kind that shows up when nobody's cheering.

The Kickstart is that common ground, boiled down, with the exercises and the words. Not twenty books. One thing that works.

What we usually do instead

When our kid is scared, we make one of two moves.

01
We cheerlead.

“You've got this!” It feels loving. It's also empty calories. Kids know the difference between praise and proof.

02
We rescue.

We make the call for them. We email the teacher. We smooth the path. Also loving. Also quietly teaching them they can't handle it.

Neither builds anything, because konfidence doesn't come from what you tell your kid. It comes from evidence they collect about themselves. Small proof. Stacked up. On purpose. Until they stop waiting for permission.

Parent mode protects.
Mentor mode prepares.
The Kickstart is the switch.
The formula

I used to think confidence was a personality trait. It's math.

Courage×Competence×Compassion
Core Values

Courage
Doing it scared.

Competence
Doing it badly first.

How they talk to themselves when it goes sideways.

What's underneath, so a confident kid isn't just a loud one.

It's multiplication. A zero in any one zeroes out the whole thing. Within a week you'll know which lever your kid is short on. Every mission inside pulls on one of them.

Why it starts with you

Kids don't do what we say. They do what we do.

I can't give my kids what I don't have. So you go first.

1
You go first.
Short parent lessons, done in the time it takes to drink a coffee. Built on three practices: Sweat, Script, Share.
2
Then your kid.
The 10 Commandments of Raising a Konfident Kid. One video per principle, each with a mission and the exact words to say.

No clock. Do it in a weekend or over a season. The only rule is you go first.

Why your kid will actually do this

You buy this, you're fired up, your kid rolls their eyes.

I built the kid side to survive the eye roll.

Mission 01
Missions, not homework.
Something to go do, not something to fill out. The kind of thing a kid tells their friends about.
Mission 02
Evidence counts like points.
Every hard thing is one more piece of proof. Kids are wired to level up. We aim it at the right target.
Mission 03
You're in it with them.
Kids will do almost anything if their parent is being a little ridiculous next to them.
Two tracks
Built to fit the kid you have.
Younger kids (6 to 9) get play-based missions. Older kids (10 to 14) get real-world ones with real stakes.

The price

The Konfidence Kickstart is $27 right now.

The standing price is $47. Why this cheap for something I spent months building? Because I want this in as many houses as possible. And because if it helps you, you'll want the Confidence Challenge later. I'd rather earn that than charge you for it up front.

You get everything above the moment you check out. No drip, no waiting, no upsell wall inside.

Quick questions
The three things parents ask before they buy.
How old should my kid be?
Missions are built for 6 to 14, two tracks. Under 6, start with the parent side. Over 14, it still works. Teenagers need this most.
How long does it take?
As long as you want. No schedule, no drip. Most parents do one Commandment a week.
What if my kid thinks it's cheesy?
Some will at first. Every video gives you the words for that. And the missions look like dares, not exercises.
Last thing

You can hand them your fear, or you can hand them the formula.

Every parent eventually hands their kid something they can't take back. You don't need to be the confident one. I wasn't. You just need to go first and know the words when the moment shows up.

Your kid is going to face something hard this month. You can't stop that. You can make sure they already know how to prove to themselves they'll be fine either way.

That's konfidence. It's contagious. Go catch it first.

P.S. Every mission is something you do with your kid, not something you assign. The first person who changes is you. Then they catch it.
